I cannot recommend this realtor enough! She was absolutely amazing from day one. I am the type of individual who doesn't like to waste time and she completely opened up her schedule to myself and my boyfriend. She would answer phone calls and texts almost immediately and every time I would visit from Virginia she would have a list of great properties to go see at our convenience. Throughout the entire process she kept our best interest at heart and never pushed us toward anything we weren't comfortable with. If we didn't like a property, she wouldn't try to sell it, she would say okay let's move on to the next one! Erin was incredibly flexible with our crazy schedules to tour homes. She was patient and shared honest feedback as we toured MANY homes. It was clear she was extremely knowledgeable on different house types and what we could expect. You could also tell that she took a personal interest in helping us find "the one," and tried to understand our style to show us homes that she believed we would be interested in. Not long after, we did find our dream home. Erin provided helpful suggestions and strategies as we discussed our offer.
